After multiple contractors came out to inspect shingle damage from a tornado and a prior companies poor install Brookens went above and beyond. They have reached back to fight with the Insurance Company (Thanks for nothing American Family) to try and cover the full roof not just half since damage has took place on both sides. Craftsmanship looks good, went fast (ranch house) and the attention to not leave any traces behind went a long way. Will reach out in the future if another home needs their services.

I got introduced to Chuck at Brookens after we had hail damage to our home. He was very thorough and professional with no sales pressure whatsoever.After researching several other providers and doing my own due diligence for redoing my entire roofing system and gutters, I decided to go with Brookens. They are a local company based in Wisconsin and I wanted the reassurance of working with someone locally as I had heard horror stories from others who went with national firms that were nowhere the be found when issues came up post project completion.After getting many roofing samples and completed projects to go look at from Chuck, I was introduced to a project manager named Rob. Rob and Chuck both have great customer service with attention to detail and addressed all concerns up front.Then I met Leo who was head of the install crew and he was amazing! He was also on the job site all day and really did great work in being proactive! He was always making sure we had minimum issues and maximum results! The end result was amazing!! 11/06/2024 - it was a couple months ago that was seeing several houses a block from ours getting their roofs replaced. They shared with me who to reach out to and it was Darrin Jenkins from Brookens Construction. Darrin was top notch with how he did the assessment of our roof and needing to get replaced. There was substantial damage and he was very thorough with the documentation that let us to get the roof replaced along with our gutters and downspouts.John Dohrn was the GM from Brookens the day of work. Like Darrin our experience with John was phenomenal. An extremely quick response from Drew and Cody regarding a small piece of facia the wind blew off. Drew responded to my call within 30 mins and Cody completed the fix the next day! Crushed Expectations! I used Brookens for some soffit/fascia repair work in Stoughton, WI. We acquired 3 bids and Brookens was over $1,000 lower than the other two. When they did the work they were very communicative on scheduling, arrival, and provided a completion report with some suggested repairs. They even went over and above and fixed a couple of items nearby and did not request added money. From my first experience with them I can see why they have nearly 700 nearly 5 star google reviews. I will use them again. It will be on Brookens to maintain the level of service I received this time though as they set the bar very high!!

5 stars for the people, communication, customer service3 stars for the quality of the work, cleanupFrom the beginning Alex Grahn was great to work with and was very familiar with the insurance process and was able to thoroughly document the hail damage on my roof to get my previously denied claim fully approved. On production day I was very happy with the communication from the project manager Phil. The crew worked 13+ hours and into the dark to finish my roof in one day. While I was happy with it only taking a day, the work seemed a bit rushed. They left quite a mess for me to clean up which was probably a trade off of them working into the dark and there were several issues that needed to be addressed via subsequent visits, including sealing over one of my bathroom vents, short cut shingles, wrinkled underlayment, buckled shingles. All issues were subsequently addressed and fixed, but I was not super impressed by the initial quality of the work. They definitely stood by their work and fixed everything but makes me wonder about what I didn't see. Despite having some issues, overall I would recommend them because they seem like very honest people and are willing to make it right.

Great job on the roof! We couldn’t be happier. We did find some nails in the driveway afterward, but we were just extra cautious for a few days and swept every day. The roof looks fantastic, and the crew was incredibly friendly and fast. Speaking of speed—wow! They showed up exactly at 7:00 AM, just as promised, and within 10 minutes, they had already removed a huge portion of the roof. By 3:00 PM, I received a call from our project manager letting me know it was done. The crew stayed onsite until about 6:00 PM to clean up, and it looks like they were never even here. They clearly have this down to a well-oiled system.From the start, Brookens helped me through my insurance claim, which was initially denied. After three additional inspections, it was still denied, but I stayed in the fight with them. We got attorneys involved, and in the end, we won. They even helped us win our siding claim after notifying us of siding damage as well.

These guys did a great job and cleaned up afterwords was great too. There was an issue with the siding and they fixed it right away. Even came back a couple days later to pai t a 2nd layer just to make sure it looks good. The skylight company was quick and efficient, everything looks great. The new dome is even brighter now. Super Happy with the final results.

I'm a first time homeowner, and the claim I filed through my insurance was my first insurance claim I have ever filed. Brookens held my hand the whole way, and they explained everything in ways that I could understand because it can be a tricky process. Everyone encountered at Brookens Construction from the beginning to completion was professional and very responsive. They were efficient and made the entire process run smoothly. The detailed outline and suggestions sent by Megan prior to the installation were extremely helpful so that you know in advance exactly what to expect before and on the day of installation. The crew arrived, as promised, and worked quickly to get my project completed the same day. Isaac, the project manager, kept in touch with me, via phone, to let me know how things were going throughout the entire day of installation. He stayed after the crew departed and went through the entire yard picking up any leftover debris and nails. He even returned later that week to clean up my deck and blow off shingle granules which were left behind as well as combing through the yard and driveway a second time to make ensure there were not any leftover nails. The roof looks great and it’s nice to know that they also guarantee their work. I cannot say enough good things about Brookens Construction and am so glad that I chose them for my new roof installation.

I had my roof replaced due to hail damage and I chose Brookens to due the work. I am so pleased with every aspect of their work. Their crew arrived on time, took measures to protect my property and then did an outstanding job stripping the old roofing and then applying new class III shingles. The results are amazing. Brookens did a great job with our roof replacement. We reached out to them for an inspection after hail hit our home. Hail damage was found, and a Brookens rep walked our roof with our insurance adjuster to discuss repairs. Our roof has now been replaced and looks great. The whole process was very smooth. On the day of installation, it was found that many of the new shingles had defects, which is beyond Brookens' control, and our project manager was able to get the supplier to deliver new shingles and still finish the roof in one day. Overall, a great experience.

Our experience with Brookens Construction was phenomenal from start to finish! Darren is so personable and great to work with. He came out to our house for the walk through and was very thorough in documenting all the damage from recent storms. He explained the insurance process and met with our insurance adjuster for their inspection. The Brookens team is such an asset - they even caught some items that were not included on the initial insurance estimate, notified my insurance, and they made the adjustment! They got us in on the schedule quickly and Ernesto was so great to work with! He was there on site giving me updates on the progress during the day. Everything went so smoothly. Ernesto and his team were clearly very experienced and worked efficiently, I couldn’t believe how quickly they got the work done! My neighbor even commented that she was impressed with how great a job they did cleaning up - she didn’t find a single nail left behind! I highly recommend Brookens Construction!

It started with Jacob (Jake) Johnson, field representative, being very knowledgeable and guiding us thru options and choices for the project. Rob Moxley, project manager, was onsite at 0645 with the crew explaining the process of the job, what to expect, and open to any questions thru the entire job. Felix, Jose and their entire crew were a fine tuned machine, and exceeded my expectations with the attention to detail and pride in their work. Brookens Construction reshingled our entire fourteen condo buildings in less than three days.All of the tenants are very happy with the project and especially with the communications with the Brookens staff. My Mom and Dad's house sustained hail damage on my Dad's birthday. That turned out to be a gift that none of us ever thought of. I left the message (after hours) with Brookens Construction. William Knight called us back the next day. He was very professional in his assessment of the roof. He is confident and knows his business very well. He assisted us with putting through a insurance claim. Additionally, he came back and walked through the damage with the insurance adjustor - making sure nothing was missed. The claim was approved and two weeks later a crew showed up at the break of day to begin the roof. They were done within three and a half hours. The job foreman (Ernie) was in touch with us the whole time - making sure that all of our questions were answered. We can't say enough about the installation crew - they were kind, respectful and worked extremely well as a team! My Dad is happy with his belated birthday gift and we are extremely happy with Brookens and highly recommend their services!

Bookens Construction crews were easy to work with and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. The roofing crew were skillful and very hard working. They were also friendly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Rob from Brookens went over the area to make sure nothing was missed. New skylights were installed as the roof was being prepped for new shingles. The timing was seamless and it all looks great. They also painted the vent pipe to match the shingles. Nice touch.
