Brookens just finished a complete roof tear-off and new roof installation plus gutter guards at our home. Their operation runs like a well-oiled machine! They show up on time, get right to work, and complete the job to perfection! Clean-up was outstanding with absolutely nothing found in the yard afterwards. Their project manager, foreman, and crew were all very hard-working and friendly. Even our neighbors were impressed and inquired about them after watching them work. Well done! Brian helped get the process going. He came out almost immediately to inspect our five buildings and had a report ready within a couple of days. He walks us through the next steps of contacting our insurance and filing a claim for our the buildings. He met with the insurance adjusters to show his findings and answer any questions they had. He also coordinated our install. The crews showed up early and communicated everything along the way. I can’t say enough how smooth this whole process was . Thank you Brian, Ashley a both crew leaders. Phenomenal job all around!!

I recently had a new roof put on. I can't speak to the roof itself unless I notice issues later down the road, but I am assuming for the time being that it was done well. I have no complaints about that. I also was very impressed specifically with Colton, the sales rep I worked with. He really has a lot of integrity, which you don't find in salespeople much these days. The materials were dropped off a few days before the job, and the job was done very fast, it was done before I got home that day which is great! The reason I cannot give full stars for this review however is because of a couple areas that I think need improvement. Namely, the clean up was done horribly at my property. I had Colton make a note specifically about clean-up, because I have a small child, and it was not considered by the crew. I even told one of the project managers that it was important to me before the job started. When I got home the day the roof was put on, the first thing I did was take a $10 Harbor Freight magnetic sweeper around my house. First quick pass I picked up over 50 nails. I did a couple more, and found at least 50 more. There is simply no way that the crew swept for nails very well, they were everywhere! I am sure I'll find more over the summer in my lawn mower tires, at least I hope my lawn mower finds them before my daughter's foot does. I did not expect them to find every nail, that's impossible, but I did expect them to at least make an effort. I have done a couple roofs myself, and I know that at the end of the day you are tired and just want to get out of there. I understand that, truly. But clean up in an important part of any construction job, time needs to be made to clean the site. I also found 10-15 cigarette butts in my lawn, which is disrespectful. I work hard to keep my property nice, and there was a garbage can right there, and a dumpster they brought. Finding cigarettes all over my yard where my kid plays is upsetting. Lastly, a small pet peeve. When they took down my American flag off my porch, they tossed it on the ground. Some people, like me, don't believe that the flag should ever be thrown on the ground. Something they should be told/trained on is that they should lean it up against something, or place it somewhere nicely, with respect, otherwise some customers may take offense. I want to say that despite my constructive criticism, I think that Brookens overall did a good job for me! However, they are a little more expensive than other options, and if you want to offer a premium service that is fine, but then you have to hold yourself to that standard, which would include all aspects of the customer experience, in this case better clean up.

As unnerving as it is to watch twelve roofers walking on my roof, tossing asphalt debris into a dumpster, and replacing wood as needed, I had nothing to worry about! Brookens Construction is a professional, organized, certified organization that treated me as a valued customer. Brookens Constructiton put on seven roofs and gutter system on our condo complex. Their work was fantasic!! The workers were VERY professional and clean-up was incrediablly good. The new roofs got tested well as the week they were installed there were numerous strong storms and no leaks. The payment terms for this project were great - very fair and reasonable.I would highly recomment them for any roofing situation - you won't be disappointed.

Brookens Construction came to the rescue for us during the severe storm on 04/14/2026! Due to the storm, hail damaged each of our sun tunnels resulting in one of caps being completely shattered. This resulted in rain coming through our sun tunnel into our home. I called Brookens Construction on the 24 hour urgent line and a team came forward within about an hour, even after business close for the day, to patch and secure each of the sun tunnels. They came to the rescue, even with severe weather in the immediate area while it was still raining. Scott, Aaron and the team were amazing! Follow up communications on 04/15/26 we’re extremely professional and have assisted us in moving forward to replace the sun tunnels. My husband and I would 100% recommend working with the Brookens Construction team!!! Thank you for helping us in our time of urgent need!

Brookens did a roof replacement for me in fact they’ve done two already and I’m looking at maybe another one real soon, I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was conducted not to mention the speed and the tidiness. Everything went pretty well even finishing a roof ahead of schedule. I’m giving their performance of five star if that’s what the site takes and I am pleased in every direction project management work quality extra little things that I added on it last minute all went really well. My only complaint has nothing to do with proteins and that simply that replacing a roof for $15,000 are you kidding me ridiculous anyway thank you broken. I would use this company again.

They did a great job in one day. Amazingly enough. They brought 14 guys. They worked like dogs. Unfortunately they ran out of shingles and had to come back 2 Days later to finish but that's not on them. That's whoever orders the materials. They got me a rough one. Brookens construction was really great to work with. I had hail damage from the last storm and needed a new roof and gutters.My sales person, Alex Grahn was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable with explaining the entire process and always answering all my questions effectively and quickly. Kasey and his crew installed my new gutters after the new roof was installed and was polite, respectful and great to work with.The Brookens staff , Alex and Kasey all provided excellent and quick communication at all stages. I have a normal two story home. The crew showed up right on time, 8:00 and we’re all cleaned up and done before noon!! Very impressive!!! Not a nail left behind. 27 square of shingles. I’m very happy with everyone I dealt with. Brian, the sales rep, Megan, at the office and Conner, the job site Forman all really were very professional. I have owned eight homes and dealt with many business over the last 40 years. Brooken construction is top shelf, IMO.

Brookens did a Fantastic Job from start to finish. 5 Stars. Not only did they get me a new roof due to hail damage, but also got my insurance company to pay for replacemant of the raingutters, downspouts and sky lights. The sky lights were even an upgrade to remote controlled shades in them. My roof was 20 years old and now I have a new roof with a 40 year warranty going forward. All I had to pay was my deductible to the Insurance company. Brookens took care of all the negotiations with my Insurance company. Installation was completed in 1 day. Everything cleaned up like nothing ever happened. I would absolutely recommend Brookens to anyone with hail damage to their roof and gutters.

Our work with Brookens Construction started with a knock on the door as they were in the neighborhood. My first thought was "no" we don't want a roof inspection as our house is "newer" and didn't expect to find significant hail damage.After a short discussion with Colton, we agreed to have him take a look and we are glad we did. Colton came across very genuine - not someone just trying to get that next sale- and was very knowledgeable. He was incredibly communicative and gave us all of the information we needed on the front end of the process.Scheduling was easy - even when the weather had other plans.The roofing crew was efficient and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess.We really appreciated the top notch service we received across the board, especially when it came to communication. Colton, Megan, Matt and Connor let us know everything that we needed for this process. They really made it as painless as a roof replacement can be.

Top notch from the original inspection through installation. The roof repair was due to hail damage - so insurance was involved. They helped me through the whole process. They were responsive and communicate well. When it came to the installation, the responsiveness and communication continued. They had a bit of weather to navigate but kept me informed along the way and worked to minimize the impact. Again - responsive and communicative. For me though, the 5th star is for their Site Manager. He was just phenomenal to work with. Biggest compliment I can give is that he and his crew left our property looking as it was before they arrived - except for the new roof. Clean up was outstanding. Site Manager even came back a day later looking for anything that might have been overlooked! Just another example of this crew’s attention to detail is a memorial that we have near our front door. They actually put a ladder and tarp over it to protect it from damage. Outstanding! I have already recommended them to two of my closest friends!!

Roof and skylight installation was on on schedule and efficiently done to minimize disruption to our lives. Clean up was good all nails and debris was removed. The roof and skylight look great.
