Brookens did an amazing job replacing our roof after our hailstorm damage. This was my first time with this happening, and they were awesome at explaining, helping, keeping us updated, and walking us through the process. The installers were very polite, on time, and did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. Cody, the project manager, was there at the start to see if we had any questions and back at the end to be sure we were satisfied. After initially having insurance deny myhail damage claim with another contractor, Darren Jenkins with Brookens helped us appeal and get it approved. Once approved, the entire process from start to finish was seamless, very fast and clean up was great. They even painted our vent pipes to help camouflage them.

April 2024 Brookens replaced our shingles and changed out our old roof vents for new ridge vents. They arrived right on time and got to work immediately. There was a job foreman available at all times in case we had questions or if any issues were discovered. The job went amazingly quickly and smoothly. The entire team seemed to know just what to do and they moved like a well oiled machine. They arrived at 7AM and I was writing them a check by 12:30. Great work - great people

Top notch in many regards! Overall, killer communication and work quality.Darren was great as our inital contact/sales person.Oshiana was in contstant contact with me keeping me updated (and on task always in a friendly manner). My claim took nearly one year to finalize due to weather and follow-up adjuster needs. Oshiana was with me every step of the way.Cody/Corey (sorry, my bad recall) was good as my on-site, day-of-work key contact. His crew worked super hard to get the job done right and before another storm rolled in. Roof replacement is messy work but they did a wonderful job cleaning up and keeping nail debris to a minimum.Casey was our Gutter-Guy. His communication was outstanding. Due to weather he had to reschedule twice to keep the crew safe and allow proper work to be done. There was never any guess work on timing, work expectations etc. He took time to ensure customer satisfaction and even cleaned up some residual roof work debris.That guy never walks past anything on the ground. If it does not belong, he picks it up. As simple as that sounds, it is a prime example of his attention to detail and conscienous approach to his workmanship.Thank you Brookens for having great people on your team.

Trae and his crew were very prompt and professional. They took great care to protect my landscaping and returned anything they needed to move (grill, patio table) back to its proper place. They worked fast and cleaned the yard of all the debris. Complete tear off and re-shingle including skylight replacement (and clean up) in less than 4.5 hours. Amazing job!! Thanks guys!!

Detail-oriented, excellent service, knowledgeable about the insurance claim process. Without Brookens, I likely wouldn't have pursued getting a new roof, but they went on the roof and then showed me the damage, which was confirmed by our insurance adjuster. The roof looks great and I’m happy with it. My only complaints are they broke my some of my landscape lighting in the process (which they paid for). Overall the is the process was extremely messy, there was debris EVERYWHERE (including the trees which I saw workers climbing to get the debris). I am still a month later finding debris… and more concerning roofing nails in my yard which I’m not pleased about. I have dogs and sometimes they are the ones finding the nails.

Brookens Construction just completed my residential roof, and the experience was excellent from the first day I met with Rodrigo right up to completion. After my insurance company denied me coverage (for hail damage) while I was working with a different contractor, I went to Brookens, which suggested I appeal to my insurance company and, with Brookens' guidance and support, I got full coverage! The six-man roofing crew were amazing. They literally worked a 13-plus hour day the first day! And when they finished the next day, they meticulously cleaned up. Project Manager Chad was great to work with and made sure I was happy with every detail. The roof looks great!

He was the most helpful and knowledgeable individual I believe I have ever worked. Darren has been extremely helpful as he promptly inspected our roof after a hail storm and then returned when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. Thanks to Darren replacement of the roof and downspouts will be covered by the insurance company. Darren was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He does a great job of explaining everything to us as we progress to replacing what was damaged by the hail storm. From the day we reached out requesting a quote to installation day Darren Jenkins was very prompt and helpful with any and all questions we had, and getting our project started. On installation day we met Cody Chamberlain, and he made sure that our product was all there, took the trip to get product that did not arrive, and made sure that everything was done and we were happy with the job and the clean up before he left. From the day Rodrigo came and met with our insurance adjuster, we knew that we had picked the best roofing company to complete our project. Every Brookens Construction employee we encountered during our home & garage roofing project worked collectively in excellence. This is a model company. Brookens has the best price & products with outstanding service & craftsman. After several quotes from different companies, we became aware of an area on our roof that was leaking. Only Jacob, from Brookens, actually went up on the roof to inspect. Then he asked if we had a tarp(which we did), he would cover the area. Thank you for that act of kindness! Brookens office manager sent detailed emails throughout the project on what to expect from beginning to end of the process & immediately answered our questions. The Project Manager was on the work site for any of our concerns & showed us pictures of progression. Super clean up too. Thank you all at Brookens for your hard work, attention to detail, and integrity!

Brookens stood by us when we were having difficulty with our old home insurance after the Fox Valley hail storm in April of 2022. They came today and tore off our old roof and replaced it. Overall I am very happy with the work by Brookens. The roof inspection and communication before the roof work weregreat. They coordated with the sky light installer, too. There were a few minor problems that they needed to fix after the work was done, but they were responsive when I contacted them. Don did a great job with following up on the last minor adjustment to finish the work.

They provided prompt, courteous advice on our shingle options. Their professional team of roofers, led by Tyler Weber, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thorough debris cleanup was also very much appreciated. Bonus - they 100% stand behind their work! We had a minor issue and Norman was here less than 3 hours later to address and took care of it. And thanks to Megan Halverson for providing outstanding customer service throughout our roof replacement process. Shoutout to Michael Burke- he was very professional and helped us with our roof when we had substantial hail damage. Chuck stopped by and offered to do a roof inspection. After I confirmed that the company was local in Appleton, I allowed him to go on the roof. He confirmed we had hail damage and provided a report to what he found. The insurance adjuster could see it from the ladder before going on the roof.Chuck was great to work with and always professional, and very friendly. He helped us with our insurance claim, pick the right color shingle and gave us some job addresses that had our shingle choices installed that we coud see what the roof looks like completed.The team of roofers arrived before 7 a.m. and were here to get the job done. Our 3 bedroom house with a 2 car attached garage and our 2 car garage in the back yard was completed by 12:45 pm. 5 3/4 hours to complete the job and do all of the cleanup. The roofing team did an awesome job. They new roof is perfect.Brookens Construction is good company and I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends!
