The entire experience and interaction with Brooken was amazing! They have made it simple and efficient! From the Sales Rep, Derek, who not only took the time to make sure I completely understood the finances involved but worked seamlessly with my insurance. They were able to accommodate an expedited timeline due to my house sale even with a very heavy workload. The workers did a great job and the roof looks so nice. Throughout the day of production, the project manager, Ernesto, was checking in with me and giving me important updates. They not only left my yard cleaner than they found it but I noticed this morning that they had even put a lamp fixture that had fallen off during the storm back on the post. Above and beyond.Bottom line, this is a professional organization that knows their business, cares about their clients and exhibits superior customer service!

Absolutely love my experience with Brookens, From my first interaction with Alex my sales person to my interaction with Aaron the knowledge and information I was given was very helpful In making my decisions. I was referred to Brookens through my realtor. Israel my rep has been instrumental on every step of the process from beginning to end. I was able to discuss everything from dealing with the insurance company to scheduling and insurance payments. All my concerns were met as I had a small window to have this project completed. Israel and Phil stayed in contact and made sure this went smoothly.Would I recommend Brookens? Whatever other companies you are trying to get quotes from... just stop.. seriously just stop looking. I've been a roofer and in construction my entire life and this was the easiest company I've dealt with and any issues I've had were immediately responded to and resolved. The customer service especially from Israel and Phil you won't find elsewhere. Stand up guys. The crew even came back the next day just to ensure my yard was perfect and so was the roof. Don't just take my word for it. Read all the other reviews. It's all there.Matt.

The experience from start to finish was incredible. We were looking for someone to look at our roof after hail damage and then Jake appeared. The knowledge and information he shared was very helpful and also was there to assist with all the insurance efforts. When the time came to schedule the installation there were some timing issues on our side. They were able to work around and showed up with a crew that was ready to conquer our steep roof on an 86 degree day. The work effort of those men were unmatched. The day of was loud and very messy. Nails, shingles everywhere. Unfortunately we had to leave for a wedding before they finished. We had no idea what we would come back to. Shock was the reaction the next morning. If we were not there the day before we would have had no idea a new roof was installed other than the fact the roof looks amazing. Everything was spotless. A few hostas were a little beat up, but that was it. Highly recommend .

There were so many contractors knocking at my door after the hail storm, who do you choose? I saw an ad for Brookens on Facebook and it was a really nice, honest ad, so I contacted them. From the minute Alex called me back, I knew I was in good hands. Alex inspected the roof and then met my insurance adjuster at the house to go over their findings. Alex handled everything between Brookens and my insurance. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Brookens stayed in constant contact with me, updating me on when the roof install would start. The gals in the office are very nice and thorough and explained the process to me from start to finish. On the day of install, Phil, the Project Manager, talked to me and explained how the day was going to go. They were very cautious about the plants I had around my house. The crew started promptly and got to work! I stopped at home later in the day and I'll admit, my yard looked rough - but that is normal when you get a new roof. I ran some errands and when I got home an hour later, my yard was spotless! Actually, it looked even better than before the roof started! My crew did an amazing job getting the house and garage roof torn off, put on, and cleaning up all the debris. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Brookens Construction! Started at 7 AM and were finished by 1 PM! Full tearoff and reshingle of a large roof! Brookens is wonderful to work with from start to finish. This was my 1st time using insurance because of hail damage. Alex came over after work and explained every thing to us with our ins. estimate. I was messaging him and he would answer my questions within the same day. When they did the roof, the crew got here at 7am and was done around 1pm. The crew picked up every thing, nothing was left were i had to clean up after them. Can't say enough positive things to say about Brookens.

We are very happy with the choice that we made to go with Brookens Construction to do our roof. This company has gone out of their way to make sure that we were apprised of all that was going to be done during the process. Will Knight got us off to a great start as the Sales Rep. He was very patient and informative when answering any and all questions that we had. Brian McGuire was our Field Rep. He came out and did all of the assessments and took pictures of any concerns he had. It was all well documented. Megan Halverson, the Office Coordinator, was so nice to talk with on the phone and did a great job of setting up our appointment date and also being able to change the date when the weather did not cooperate. Finally, we want to recognize Ernie Palacios, our Project Manager, and his crew. They did an awesome job of installing our new roof and did a great job of trying to protect our many plantings that are close to our house. It was not any easy job trying to do this. Their clean-up was greatly appreciated, too. We whole heartedly recommend Brookens to anyone who needs a new roof. Barry was great to work with. Any time we had questions or had to 3-way call with insurance, he was proficient and professional. I loved having the app which allowed us to see where we were in the process of having the roof done. When it came time for the roof to be completed, the materials arrived on time and all of the roofers were on time and wonderful to work with. The project took about 1 day to be completed and clean up was fast and thorough. I reached out to Brookens to get my roof inspected after a hail storm. Clayton came out and performed the inspection and advised there is damage. He worked with me to determine what would work best for the replacement. He then made the claim with our insurance company and worked out all those details. Then John was the project manager the day of the install. His team was up and working by 7a and finished by 3:30p. Cleaned up everything really well. Brookens is super easy to work with and they do excellent work! Highly recommend!

They even found a spot that needed some extra support on our garage roof and went in and braced it the way the builder should have from the start. This company is terrific! From the first quote to the end of the job, the people we worked with were helpful and professional.The day of installation, the crew was polite and respectful of the mother robin who had built her nest in the wreath on our front door. They completed removing the shingles on our roof and re-shingling in less than a full day, and the men who worked on the skylights the next day finished the job in very little time with great results. Both crews were highly skilled and efficient! A special shout-out to Rob Moxley, who oversaw the job and insured that every last remnant of debris and nails from the job were cleared away. Now we're sitting back and enjoying a beautiful new roof and sky-lights. Thank you to all of you! I highly recommend this company!

Unbelievable process from beginning to end so impressed with the effort made to get me taken care of even through a couple of reschedulings due to bad weather. They have quite the team there they all work together and communicated well. The culture seems very good and the workers were unbelievable, not that they wanted to work that long but they wanted to get it done. Experience was generally quite good, project was quick and went fairly smooth.Main reason for a lost star was a process problem that rubbed me the wrong way. I got a call from a person at Brookens I’d never spoken to telling me I was going to owe a $3K cancellation fee that was never discussed. This was also before I even declared I was going to cancel. We sorted it out and the project, but that part wasn’t handled great.

Brookens Construction put the roof on ourhome about 4 years ago and today theycompleted two more roofs for us. From thebeginning of the process everyone therewas helpful, attentive and made surethat I knew what was going on every stepof the way. Aaron was great to work with and got us set up the right way from the beginning. Megan was very kind and got us scheduled and rescheduled promptly (we had a rain delay) and gave me pertinent updates and things to expect. Cody was our project manager and he was awesome, he made sure both crews had everything they needed and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end. The crews did great work and were friendly and professional. The yards look just as good as before and the roofs look 10 times better. If you want the process to be easy I would go with Brookens.

Rob was the Project Manager and walked me through what to expect from start to completion. He was always available with any questions I had and did a final walk through to make sure that everything was perfect! The crew was very professional and very clean maki g sure nothing was missed. Highly recommend this company and grateful to have a PM like Rob!

When other companies told us we didn’t have hail damage, a Brooken’s guy said with confidence we did. We got our insurance adjuster sent out and sure enough we had hail damage. Brookens handled all the work and communication with the home owners ins company. The process was super easy. Their communication leading up to and throughout the roofing process was great. We are very happy with the outcome.

In a world of storm chasers, an honest contractor is a breath of fresh air. Darren inspected my roof, because I have some water creek g inside from somewhere. He didn’t see anything wrong, so he didn’t try to sell me on anything. I appreciate integrity!
