Everyone encountered at Brookens Construction from the beginning to completion was professional and very responsive. They were efficient and made the entire process run smoothly. The detailed outline and suggestions sent by Megan prior to the installation were extremely helpful so that you know in advance exactly what to expect before and on the day of installation. The crew arrived, as promised, and worked quickly to get my project completed the same day. Isaac, the project manager, kept in touch with me, via phone, to let me know how things were going throughout the entire day of installation. He stayed after the crew departed and went through the entire yard picking up any leftover debris and nails. He even returned later that week to clean up my deck and blow off shingle granules which were left behind as well as combing through the yard and driveway a second time to make ensure there were not any leftover nails. The roof looks great and it’s nice to know that they also guarantee their work. I cannot say enough good things about Brookens Construction and am so glad that I chose them for my new roof installation.

I had my roof replaced due to hail damage and I chose Brookens to due the work. I am so pleased with every aspect of their work. Their crew arrived on time, took measures to protect my property and then did an outstanding job stripping the old roofing and then applying new class III shingles. The results are amazing. Brookens did a great job with our roof replacement. We reached out to them for an inspection after hail hit our home. Hail damage was found, and a Brookens rep walked our roof with our insurance adjuster to discuss repairs. Our roof has now been replaced and looks great. The whole process was very smooth. On the day of installation, it was found that many of the new shingles had defects, which is beyond Brookens' control, and our project manager was able to get the supplier to deliver new shingles and still finish the roof in one day. Overall, a great experience.

Our experience with Brookens Construction was phenomenal from start to finish! Darren is so personable and great to work with. He came out to our house for the walk through and was very thorough in documenting all the damage from recent storms. He explained the insurance process and met with our insurance adjuster for their inspection. The Brookens team is such an asset - they even caught some items that were not included on the initial insurance estimate, notified my insurance, and they made the adjustment! They got us in on the schedule quickly and Ernesto was so great to work with! He was there on site giving me updates on the progress during the day. Everything went so smoothly. Ernesto and his team were clearly very experienced and worked efficiently, I couldn’t believe how quickly they got the work done! My neighbor even commented that she was impressed with how great a job they did cleaning up - she didn’t find a single nail left behind! I highly recommend Brookens Construction!

I had a great experience using Brookens Construction for my new roof. It started with Jacob (Jake) Johnson, field representative, being very knowledgeable and guiding us thru options and choices for the project. Rob Moxley, project manager, was onsite at 0645 with the crew explaining the process of the job, what to expect, and open to any questions thru the entire job. Felix, Jose and their entire crew were a fine tuned machine, and exceeded my expectations with the attention to detail and pride in their work. My Mom and Dad's house sustained hail damage on my Dad's birthday. That turned out to be a gift that none of us ever thought of. I left the message (after hours) with Brookens Construction. William Knight called us back the next day. He was very professional in his assessment of the roof. He is confident and knows his business very well. He assisted us with putting through a insurance claim. Additionally, he came back and walked through the damage with the insurance adjustor - making sure nothing was missed. The claim was approved and two weeks later a crew showed up at the break of day to begin the roof. They were done within three and a half hours. The job foreman (Ernie) was in touch with us the whole time - making sure that all of our questions were answered. We can't say enough about the installation crew - they were kind, respectful and worked extremely well as a team! My Dad is happy with his belated birthday gift and we are extremely happy with Brookens and highly recommend their services!

Highly recommend Brookens Construction! We had hail damage in a spring storm, but didn’t realize the significance of the damage in our area until we noticed how many other homes in our neighborhood were getting roof replacements. After a couple of different quotes, we reached out to Brookens for another one and Chuck Weber answered our call. Chuck explained to us in detail the process of doing an insurance claim and even was out multiple times to meet with the insurance adjusters. After all pictures and quotes were submitted to our insurance company, Brookens worked with the insurance adjustors over several weeks to ensure that we got the most out of our claim. Once all was settled and work was scheduled, we had Project Manager Rob Moxley manages the work. What was estimated to take two days, was all completed within one day, with no mess remaining. The crew was careful with my plants around the house taking the time to cover them up with tarps, and made sure that the crew went over the yard several times, collecting debris and nails. We had a few sagging gutters afterwards, but Brookens came back out and fixed them all. Overall, the experience was awesome with Brookens. We’ll be using them for any future home needs.

Brookens did my roof in Sept 2024 after hail damage earlier in the summer. All parts of the process (initial inspection, insurance claim & costing, time to get materials, actual roof work, and communication) were easier and better than I expected.Jake did an initial inspection after working with several of my neighbor's roofs and finding hail damage. At first, I didn't let him on my roof as I thought he was one of the many "storm chasers" that had knocked on my door during this period. After some further investigation, I realized they were local and get been around a long time and do quality work. I asked him to come back and he promptly did. His initial inspection was documented with pictures and clear next steps for me to take in calling my insurance carrier to submit a claim. He met the claims adjuster at my house for their inspection. Within 48 hours, my insurance company called with an approved claim. We then reviewed the quote from the insurance company in detail and Brookens did the leg work to get a few additional items added to the quote and quickly approved. Next, the back-office team (Oshiona, Megan, Ashley & Cassandra) kept me up to date on timing of the materials for the project and very detailed plans of what to expect on the actual roofing day. Lastly, Rob & his roofing crew arrived as expected and worked throughout the day to finish the job & clean up in just 1 day, which was great. They protected my plants as best they could, and better than I expected (yes, some plants had debris fall on them, but it's minor and probably less damage than the deer cause on a regular basis).Overall, I'm very happy with the Brookens team and would recommend them to anyone in the need of a new roof.

Brookens Construction just completed our roof project last Thursday and so far we are very happy with the final result and the overall process. Our field representative, Darren provided us with fantastic service from the start providing the initial roof inspection, an awesome inspection report for insurance purposes and then being back at our home to meet with and go back up on the roof with the insurance agent to point out and discuss the damages. He even tarped/repaired a hole in the ridge vent at the top of our roof to ensure that if water was getting it, it would be stopped. He helped us with shingle selection and made special trips to our home to show us samples of shingles we were thinking about. We have not had to work with the insurance company at all up to this point - Brookens has handled all of this on our behalf. We liked the online customer portal which kept us apprised of where we were with the project. The office staff is courteous and very helpful with questions. The provided us with great information of what to expect with the project when the work was scheduled. The project itself went very smooth - the crew was there when promised and our project manager Ernesto was very informative and he and the crew met all of the requests that we asked for (such as ensuring that our deck was protected during the project). The crew was very professional, courteous and friendly. They had the job completed in a day. The yard and area around our house was cleaned completely - we couldn't tell that there had been a project there when it was finished. Our roof is beautiful and we are very pleased with the work! Its too early to comment on durability and if there are any new construction issues such as leaks etc but I am confident that the work will be sound. The only negative that I could come up with for this project was there was some minor spattering of oil or something that was left on our driveway but I should be able to get that easily enough with a driveway cleaner. Thanks Brookens for the great work and the beautiful roof!

I had a roof replacement, new gutters and fascia done on my house a couple of months ago. Just getting around to a review. The work done with Brookens and their subcontractors was excellent! From start to finish, working with Brookens was easy and they all were wonderful to work with. Special thanks to the crew who did my roof. After removing layers, they found old barn boards as decking (original to the house) so they needed to replace all the decking as well, on the garage and roof. They were working until dark and even had a second crew, who finished a bit early on their job, come to my house to try to get it done. It did have to go into the next morning. But they were there at 7:00 and all wrapped up by 10:00 or so. I really recommend Brookens as they did excellent work and were great to work with. They also made the insurance claim process extremely easy.

Between both of them my roof qualified to be replaced. Jake then met with me about all the details. We had a great experience from the start. The ladies in the office were great to work with. The recommendations were on point. Getting rid of the unused chimney and turbine makes the roof look a lot neater/clean. Communication from Ernesto on what was happening was appreciated, we have 4 dogs to manage and it was helpful. Brookens did a great job start to finish. Brandon our salesman handled our insurance company and all the details right from the start making it a stress free experience ! The crew who installed our new roof was on time, professional and did a great clean up job. Roof done in one day! Our onsite manager Rob was professional and communicated with us from start to fish!
