Brookens Construction just completed our roof project last Thursday and so far we are very happy with the final result and the overall process. Our field representative, Darren provided us with fantastic service from the start providing the initial roof inspection, an awesome inspection report for insurance purposes and then being back at our home to meet with and go back up on the roof with the insurance agent to point out and discuss the damages. He even tarped/repaired a hole in the ridge vent at the top of our roof to ensure that if water was getting it, it would be stopped. He helped us with shingle selection and made special trips to our home to show us samples of shingles we were thinking about. We have not had to work with the insurance company at all up to this point - Brookens has handled all of this on our behalf. We liked the online customer portal which kept us apprised of where we were with the project. The office staff is courteous and very helpful with questions. The provided us with great information of what to expect with the project when the work was scheduled. The project itself went very smooth - the crew was there when promised and our project manager Ernesto was very informative and he and the crew met all of the requests that we asked for (such as ensuring that our deck was protected during the project). The crew was very professional, courteous and friendly. They had the job completed in a day. The yard and area around our house was cleaned completely - we couldn't tell that there had been a project there when it was finished. Our roof is beautiful and we are very pleased with the work! Its too early to comment on durability and if there are any new construction issues such as leaks etc but I am confident that the work will be sound. The only negative that I could come up with for this project was there was some minor spattering of oil or something that was left on our driveway but I should be able to get that easily enough with a driveway cleaner. Rob Moxley and his crew from Brookens were awesome to work with. They showed up promptly at 7am and began working on the roof replacement; they were finished and totally cleaned up by 2pm. The communication with all Brookens staff since day 1 has been excellent and I’ve been very happy with them. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof in southern Wisconsin!

I had a roof replacement, new gutters and fascia done on my house a couple of months ago. Just getting around to a review. The work done with Brookens and their subcontractors was excellent! From start to finish, working with Brookens was easy and they all were wonderful to work with. Special thanks to the crew who did my roof. After removing layers, they found old barn boards as decking (original to the house) so they needed to replace all the decking as well, on the garage and roof. They were working until dark and even had a second crew, who finished a bit early on their job, come to my house to try to get it done. It did have to go into the next morning. But they were there at 7:00 and all wrapped up by 10:00 or so. I really recommend Brookens as they did excellent work and were great to work with. They also made the insurance claim process extremely easy.

Brookens Construction did a roof replacement for me today 09/03/2024. It all came together when Jake from Brookens construction met with my insurance adjuster about hail damage. Between both of them my roof qualified to be replaced. Jake then met with me about all the details. Then after about 8 weeks Cory from Brookens and his crew showed up and all went very well from start to finish. Professional work well done. So if your roof is needed to be replaced. I recommend Brookens Construction.

We had a great experience from the start. The ladies in the office were great to work with. The recommendations were on point. Getting rid of the unused chimney and turbine makes the roof look a lot neater/clean. Communication from Ernesto on what was happening was appreciated, we have 4 dogs to manage and it was helpful. The way the roof top venting was done on both the garage and house, really does make a huge difference in temperature, no more hot A$$ garage! Thank you for your hard work!!! Tara

The entire experience and interaction with Brooken was amazing! They have made it simple and efficient! From the Sales Rep, Derek, who not only took the time to make sure I completely understood the finances involved but worked seamlessly with my insurance. They were able to accommodate an expedited timeline due to my house sale even with a very heavy workload. The workers did a great job and the roof looks so nice. Throughout the day of production, the project manager, Ernesto, was checking in with me and giving me important updates. I was referred to Brookens through my realtor. Israel my rep has been instrumental on every step of the process from beginning to end. I was able to discuss everything from dealing with the insurance company to scheduling and insurance payments. All my concerns were met as I had a small window to have this project completed. Israel and Phil stayed in contact and made sure this went smoothly.Would I recommend Brookens? Whatever other companies you are trying to get quotes from... just stop.. seriously just stop looking. I've been a roofer and in construction my entire life and this was the easiest company I've dealt with and any issues I've had were immediately responded to and resolved. The customer service especially from Israel and Phil you won't find elsewhere. Stand up guys. The crew even came back the next day just to ensure my yard was perfect and so was the roof. The experience from start to finish was incredible. We were looking for someone to look at our roof after hail damage and then Jake appeared. The knowledge and information he shared was very helpful and also was there to assist with all the insurance efforts. When the time came to schedule the installation there were some timing issues on our side. They were able to work around and showed up with a crew that was ready to conquer our steep roof on an 86 degree day. The work effort of those men were unmatched. The day of was loud and very messy. Nails, shingles everywhere. Unfortunately we had to leave for a wedding before they finished. We had no idea what we would come back to. Shock was the reaction the next morning. If we were not there the day before we would have had no idea a new roof was installed other than the fact the roof looks amazing. Everything was spotless. A few hostas were a little beat up, but that was it. Highly recommend .

There were so many contractors knocking at my door after the hail storm, who do you choose? I saw an ad for Brookens on Facebook and it was a really nice, honest ad, so I contacted them. From the minute Alex called me back, I knew I was in good hands. Alex inspected the roof and then met my insurance adjuster at the house to go over their findings. Alex handled everything between Brookens and my insurance. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Brookens stayed in constant contact with me, updating me on when the roof install would start. The gals in the office are very nice and thorough and explained the process to me from start to finish. On the day of install, Phil, the Project Manager, talked to me and explained how the day was going to go. They were very cautious about the plants I had around my house. The crew started promptly and got to work! I stopped at home later in the day and I'll admit, my yard looked rough - but that is normal when you get a new roof. I ran some errands and when I got home an hour later, my yard was spotless! Actually, it looked even better than before the roof started! My crew did an amazing job getting the house and garage roof torn off, put on, and cleaning up all the debris. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Brookens Construction! Brookens is wonderful to work with from start to finish. This was my 1st time using insurance because of hail damage. Alex came over after work and explained every thing to us with our ins. estimate. I was messaging him and he would answer my questions within the same day. When they did the roof, the crew got here at 7am and was done around 1pm. We are very happy with the choice that we made to go with Brookens Construction to do our roof. This company has gone out of their way to make sure that we were apprised of all that was going to be done during the process. Will Knight got us off to a great start as the Sales Rep. He was very patient and informative when answering any and all questions that we had. Brian McGuire was our Field Rep. He came out and did all of the assessments and took pictures of any concerns he had. It was all well documented. Megan Halverson, the Office Coordinator, was so nice to talk with on the phone and did a great job of setting up our appointment date and also being able to change the date when the weather did not cooperate. Finally, we want to recognize Ernie Palacios, our Project Manager, and his crew. I reached out to Brookens to get my roof inspected after a hail storm. Clayton came out and performed the inspection and advised there is damage. He worked with me to determine what would work best for the replacement. He then made the claim with our insurance company and worked out all those details. Then John was the project manager the day of the install. His team was up and working by 7a and finished by 3:30p. Cleaned up everything really well. Brookens is super easy to work with and they do excellent work! Highly recommend!

Hassle free introduction by the sales team, met with the adjuster during the review, and carefully explained the entire process. Product selection and scheduling was a breeze. Office staff was prompt in their responses and Brookens took care of all the communications with insurance.1-day roof/gutter replacement was painless, and the project manager stayed in constant contact. Cleanup was excellent which is important with small children and pets.Would recommend to all my neighbors!

Absolutely fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Jake helped us through the initial inspection of the roof, coming out to walk it again with the insurance adjuster, and all the way through to picking out materials and getting the contract signed. The wonderful office staff kept us informed of every step along the way. Getting the new roof installed was the cherry on top. John's crew that came out were professional, organized, and just all around great people! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and to your satisfaction. They even found a spot that needed some extra support on our garage roof and went in and braced it the way the builder should have from the start. They carefully protected all our flowers and bushes and they go through everything to clean up afterward. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks for the great experience!
