I have a normal two story home. The crew showed up right on time, 8:00 and we’re all cleaned up and done before noon!! Very impressive!!! Not a nail left behind. 27 square of shingles. I’m very happy with everyone I dealt with. Brian, the sales rep, Megan, at the office and Conner, the job site Forman all really were very professional. I have owned eight homes and dealt with many business over the last 40 years. Brooken construction is top shelf, IMO.

Brookens did a Fantastic Job from start to finish. 5 Stars. Not only did they get me a new roof due to hail damage, but also got my insurance company to pay for replacemant of the raingutters, downspouts and sky lights. The sky lights were even an upgrade to remote controlled shades in them. My roof was 20 years old and now I have a new roof with a 40 year warranty going forward. All I had to pay was my deductible to the Insurance company. Brookens took care of all the negotiations with my Insurance company. Installation was completed in 1 day. Everything cleaned up like nothing ever happened. I would absolutely recommend Brookens to anyone with hail damage to their roof and gutters.

Our work with Brookens Construction started with a knock on the door as they were in the neighborhood. My first thought was "no" we don't want a roof inspection as our house is "newer" and didn't expect to find significant hail damage.After a short discussion with Colton, we agreed to have him take a look and we are glad we did. Colton came across very genuine - not someone just trying to get that next sale- and was very knowledgeable. He was incredibly communicative and gave us all of the information we needed on the front end of the process.Scheduling was easy - even when the weather had other plans.The roofing crew was efficient and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess.We really appreciated the top notch service we received across the board, especially when it came to communication. Colton, Megan, Matt and Connor let us know everything that we needed for this process. They really made it as painless as a roof replacement can be.

Top notch from the original inspection through installation. The roof repair was due to hail damage - so insurance was involved. They helped me through the whole process. They were responsive and communicate well. When it came to the installation, the responsiveness and communication continued. They had a bit of weather to navigate but kept me informed along the way and worked to minimize the impact. Again - responsive and communicative. For me though, the 5th star is for their Site Manager. He was just phenomenal to work with. Biggest compliment I can give is that he and his crew left our property looking as it was before they arrived - except for the new roof. Clean up was outstanding. Site Manager even came back a day later looking for anything that might have been overlooked! Just another example of this crew’s attention to detail is a memorial that we have near our front door. They actually put a ladder and tarp over it to protect it from damage. Outstanding! I have already recommended them to two of my closest friends!!

Our sales reps did an excellent job working with our insurance company. They were tireless, thorough and patient pointing out all the effects of the hail damage to ensure we received the maximum settlement. Roof and skylight installation was on on schedule and efficiently done to minimize disruption to our lives. Clean up was good all nails and debris was removed. The roof and skylight look great.

I've received better customer service from this company than I have at 5 star hotels. We suffered roof damage from a hailstorm in 2024. I finally let a storm chasing company inspect the roof with me present in March of 2025. I filed a claim with our homeowners' insurance company and was overwhelmed when I received the detailed report from the adjuster. The adjuster made a statement, while on site, that got my attention, "You've got a lot going on up there!"At that point I knew I needed and wanted a local company to help me navigate the roof replacement. I researched local companies and met with their salesmen to go over their quotes. I choose Brookens as Derek P. listened to my questions and explained my detailed adjuster's report. Derek actually called and met with my adjuster additional times on my behalf. The office workers, McKenna A., Ashley C. and Megan A. did a great job of coordination and communicating with my insurance company when it came to supplemental requests for major items like skylights and the rubber membrane portion of the roof. When the project day arrived Matt E., project manager, arrived early to go over things with me. He was excellent at explaining the day's schedule and answering my latest questions. The crew arrived and immediately covered our shrubs, lawn and windows with protective tarps. They did a wonderful job of working efficiently to remove the old roof and installing the new! Their attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. Matt did a superb job of coordinating with the foreman enabling our house to receive its new roof in a single day. After our house was hit by golf-ball-sized hail, the next step was finding a reliable, honest, and competent roofing contractor to fix our roofing needs. After meeting with a few contractors, we chose Brookens Construction. They were very easy to work with, offered competitive pricing, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the process. I worked with Brian McGuire in the sales team. Before preproduction day, I received an email called the comprehensive road map to production day. On production day, I worked with project manager Sott Bowden and his roofing crew. Scott was very detail-oriented, and he didn't have to follow his crew around to make sure the work was done correctly. When an issue came up regarding the flashing on the chimney, he took pictures of the issue, then explained the issues he was concerned about and how to remedy the problem. He quoted me the price to ensure there would be no issues in the future. I agreed with him, and his team did an excellent job. At the end of the project, Scott and I walked the construction site to ensure I was satisfied with the work his team had done. Everything looked better than I had envisioned. My wife's flowers were all protected by tarps and ladders. If you need a new roof, consider checking with BROOKENS CONSTRUCTION. I would like to publicly acknowledge Scott Bowden and his crew for doing excellent work on our project. I would definitely recommend Brookens Construction.

After having multiple out of town storm chasers tell us we had hail damage, I wanted to find someone local to help. One local company didn’t show much interest. I then contacted Brookens as I saw a lot of their signs in the neighborhood. I am SO glad I did!! Darren was awesome to work with, walked us through every step, was prompt, and was very responsive. The whole process was straightforward. Brookens has a variety of shingle brands to choose from so you aren’t forced to use a specific brand. On the day of installation Casey let us know exactly what to expect. The roofers worked so hard and did a wonderful job. Their clean up was fantastic. They even went through the yard an extra time with a magnet since we were having kids play in the yard. The roof looks great! I cannot say enough good things about Brookens!

We always get storm chasers ringing our bell after hail storms but I chose Brookens because they're local and I know they've done several other roofs in our neighborhood. Alex was easy to work with and maintained excellent communication at all times (including AFTER the contract was signed). I was able to text him with questions/concerns and he would respond quickly, even on a Sunday. I had a bit of a back-and-forth with my insurance company (they denied my claim initially) and Alex was very helpful in ultimately getting the claim approved.Cody was the project manager once the work began and he was easy to work with as well - he even came back himself to do some minor touch-up painting after the roof was finished. Everyone I spoke to on the phone in the office was friendly and helpful as well. All in all an excellent experience with a very professional team. My insurance company has not yet released the so-called "recoverable depreciation" to close things out - will post an update if I run into any problems there.

Although my initial contact with Brookens Construction had some misunderstanding, Erin immediately contacted me and took responsibility for the misunderstanding. That was one of the reasons I asked Brookens to provide an estimate for my roof replacement, as I read the reviews and I could see that the owners of Brookens will admit when they have fallen short of expectations if it was of their making. That says a lot to me. Anyway, Erin apologized and told me that they wanted my business and would “sharpen their pencils”.I had 4 contactors quote my roof replacement project and Brookens beat all other contactors by a considerable amount. Not only did they beat all others but they were providing a more extensive work with, in my opinion, as good or better materials. Mainly they were providing a complete deck replacement, including old deck removal, with CDX four ply plywood. All other contractors were replacing as needed with OSB at extra cost in addition to their quote.Once Brookens removed the old shingles they found 17’ of the ridge beam and approx. 2 – 4 feet of rafters at the ridge rotted due to poor ventilation of the roof construction. Matt, the project manager, found that the majority of the existing deck was in excellent condition. He suggested that, in stead of complete replacement of the deck, they would replace only the 4 feet of deck from the ridge on down. That would off set the cost of the ridge beam replacement and sistering new rafters to the new ridge beam. Thank you, Matt, for being on top of matters and providing alternatives that would save me money!The crew that Brookens provided was awesome. There were 7 men working on my roof. There was never a time when there wasn’t work going on my roof. They were efficient hard workers. At no time did I see more than one guy taking a break at a time. What a great example of professionalism!When I saw the rotted beam and rafters, I was sure I would end up with a huge change order. But I ended up with an excellent project that came in under the estimate.Thanks, Brookens for a job well done! And thanks Matt for being on top of things and assurring and excellent job!

After a hail storm we had many roofing company staff knocking on our door offering to do a roof inspection on the spot. All were courteous but we said yes to two who stood out. Of the two similar reports and estimates we chose Brookens and are pleased with our decision. The communications have been excellent and same for the coordination with our solar contractor. The materials and crew arrived on designated days/times and the crew was respectful of property/plants. The crew of 8 worked steadily in the summer heat and project supervisor met with us as the crew started and finished our job. A piece of our trim was chipped when shingles were being pulled and Brookens is replacing that; they’d taken before photos which showed the piece intact. (We know something be damaged during the process and it’s the response that makes a positive difference.) Our roof looks great!

The new roof brings life back to my house. They didn’t just patch the damage. They replaced the OSB on both sides of the ridge and reshingled the roof. Scott came back himself to put the final touch on some vents. Had our roof replaced in, into the second day it snowed the night before. The roof still turned out great. They also replaced the facia. There was an issue with the facia install at the bird box's. Was due to the way the roof was originally constructed but caused an issue on replacement. Brookens made sure that the problem was fixed and made it right. Definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

And I’ve been assured if anything needs fixing the warranty will cover us. Still not keen on the way the ridge was done, but I guess that’s the way they do it now…. Simply put, Brookens Construction did what others couldn’t. Our advisor (Pete) walked us through the entire process, and consulted with us at each step. The job was professionally done on time with outstanding workmanship. Highly recommended!!

Brookens recently replaced our roofs after extensive storm and hail damage.Peter, our Sales Rep, did a complete inspection of our property, identifying the damage that occurred, and explaining the replacement process. He provided us with samples and assisted us, when asked, with the color selection of our roofs.Megan, Scheduling Coordinator, was friendly, informative, and responsive, communicating clearly and thoroughly with us throughout the process.Matt, our Project Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our project went smoothly. Pleasant, knowledgable, and professional, he kept us informed, patiently answered any questions, and addressed any concerns of ours from beginning to end.Despite the heat, the roofing crew worked tirelessly and effficiently to complete our project in one day.We highly recommend the Brookens Team!
